Women's Only Swim Night

Join us every Sunday from 7 PM to 9 PM for a swim session designed just for women.

Whether you’re looking to relax, exercise, or catch up with friends, our Women’s Only Swim Night offers a safe and welcoming environment for women of all ages.

What to expect

•  Women-only environment: The pool is open exclusively to women, and all staff on duty are women. 
• Casual drop-in format: No booking required. Come and go as it suits you. 
• Social and friendly: Meet new people, connect with friends, and enjoy the supportive atmosphere. 
• Inclusive swimwear: You are welcome to swim in close-fitting t-shirts and leggings.

Youth welcome: Girls aged 12-15 are welcome to join us when accompanied by an adult.

Admission includes use of spa, steam and sauna.
