Aqua jogging

Aqua jogging (or water running) is for everyone – it’s a proven method of exercise that is low impact on your joints and muscles and is very effective due to the water resistance. It is a good option for all ages and levels of fitness.

We provide you with belts that help maintain an upright position and support you in the water. Just by jogging or walking regularly you will see benefits to your health, fitness level and it can also help with therapy and rehabilitation. 

Session times at Fulton Pool

Monday: 7pm - 9.00pm

Tuesday: 5.30am - 10.30am, 7pm-8pm Hydro, 8pm - 9pm lane swimming

Wednesday: 5.30am - 9.30am, 9.30am-10.30am Hydro, 7pm - 9pm

Thursday: 5.30am - 10.30am, 7pm - 8pm Hydro, 8pm - 9pm Lane Swimming

Friday: 7pm - 9pm

Saturday: 2.30pm - 5.30pm

Sunday: 3pm - 6.45pm

Sunday women's only night: 7 - 9pm
