Safety information and policies

General safety rules

We're here to help. If you start to feel unwell during your visit to H₂O Xtream, please alert a staff member.

Planning a visit? Please keep the following in mind:

  • Follow our Shower, Swim, Snack guide for a safe and enjoyable visit.
  • Don't bring any glassware or food (kai) with you poolside. Please use our dedicated food area.
  • Walk with care and watch out for slippery floors.

  • Toddlers under 4 years old must wear a waterproof nappy when in the pool.
  • Visiting with kids? Check our supervision rules and adult-child ratios.

Unsure whether a swim or visit to the pool is right for you? If you are pregnant, have a serious illness, heart or respiratory condition, high or low blood pressure, or any other medical condition, please check with a medical professional before visiting us.

Swimwear policy

For everyone's safety, suitable swimwear is a must at H₂O Xtream.

Everyday clothing, like t-shirts, trackpants, and jeans or jean shorts is not permitted in our pool. These items are made from heavy fabrics that absorb water, making swimming unsafe and increasing the risk of drowning.

Staff may ask anyone wearing unsuitable clothing to leave the pool. If you have paid for entry but do not have appropriate swimwear, you may be offered a free swim pass to return another time.

Thank you for helping us keep everyone safe.
