Aqua aerobics is a low-impact, high-benefit workout that improves your strength, flexibility, and overall fitness.
The buoyancy of water reduces stress on joints, making it ideal for those recovering from injuries, managing joint pain, or seeking a gentle yet effective exercise option.
- Gentle on the joints: The support of water lessens the impact on joints, reducing the risk of injury while promoting flexibility and strength.
- Full-body workout: Water resistance engages multiple muscle groups, enhancing cardiovascular health and muscle tone.
- Boosts balance and coordination: Regular sessions can help improve stability and coordination, essential for maintaining overall fitness.
- Aids weight management: Consistent participation can contribute to weight loss and improved body composition, supporting overall well-being.
- Social and fun: Enjoy a motivating atmosphere with upbeat music and the support of professional instructors, making fitness enjoyable and engaging.
We run Aqua Aerobics as casual, drop-in sessions– no need to register or book ahead.
