Dance & Chair is a seated cardio and strength workout that is also gentle on the joints. It's a safe and effective way to stay active, especially for those with limited mobility.

Led by our professional and experienced facilitators, Dance & Chair will help you:

  • improve muscle strength,
  • increase flexibility, and
  • boost cardio fitness.

No bookings required, just come along and join in for a fun and social workout.
