Hydrorobics dumbbells

Whether you need a gentle workout while pregnant or injured, a low impact session to build strength and stamina, or a social fitness workout, Hydrorobics is fun and safe for all abilities. Just by taking part regularly, you will see benefits to your health, fitness level and will have fun with the professional instructors and great music.

These are casual classes therefore booking is not necessary.

Monday

  • 8.45 am - 9.45 am
  • 9.50 am - 10.50 am - Coffee and tea provided afterwards
  • 7.40 pm – 8.40 pm

Tuesday

  • 7.40 pm – 8.40 pm

Wednesday

  • 9.20 am – 10.20 am - Coffee and tea provided afterwards

Thursday

  • 7.40 pm – 8.40 pm

Friday

  • 10.30 am – 11.30 am - Coffee and tea provided afterwards 

Sunday

  • 9.00 am - 10.00 am

 

If you are new to Hydrorobics and have any health or medical conditions, please talk to the reception team when you arrive.

There are no more classes for 2020. Classes resume Monday 11th January 2021.
