Hydro fitness classes

We run regular hydro fitness (aqua aerobics) classes with a team of experienced, professional instructors who know how to make exercise fun, motivating, and inclusive for everyone.

Since water provides buoyancy, this type of workout means less stress on your joints – making it ideal if you're recovering from an injury, managing joint pain, or easing your way back into regular exercise.

We also host Dance & Chair, a low-impact seated workout once a week at Te Kupenga o Rongomai, Maidstone Sports Hub.


Types of classes

Our range of classes caters to a wide range of fitness goals. Hydro-Energize boosts your strength, cardio health, and general wellbeing, while our Hydro-Pump programme offers a high-energy, full-body workout for toning and endurance.

Have-a-go Hydro is included in standard admission and runs on the first Sunday of the month during Women's Only Swim Night.

Wednesdays    Hydro-Energize 9.45-10.45am
Thursdays Hydro-Pump 7.10-8.10pm
Fridays  Dance & Chair 10.30-11.30am   
Saturdays no classes --
Sundays Hydro-Energize 8.30-9.30am
